Using Visual Perspective
Forced perspective or Visual prespective is a technique that employs optical illusion to make an object appear farther
away, closer, larger or smaller than it actually is. It manipulates human visual perception
through the use of scaled objects and the correlation between them and the
vantage point of the spectator or camera.

Photos That Do Not Use This Technique
Photos that do not use this could be any photo, actually. Unless clearly stating that it was used for that but does not show it then any photo could not be using this technique.
